• Comply with legal and tax obligations

Information sharing

We may share information with service providers, payment processors, banking partners for reconciliation, and tax authorities such as KRA for eTIMS, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security & retention

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as required by law.

Your rights
